RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

For us to be able to offer a refund or exchange, all products must have all hang tags attached and cannot have been worn or washed or altered at all. No used items!

Items with missing hang tags will be considered to have been worn and will no longer be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Each order is shipped with a Return Authorization Form. Please be sure to fill out that form and include it in your return. We cannot process your exchange without this form. Please ship to Please return it to Soul Ova Gold Clothing Company, Mörikestr 6, Magstadt 71106 GM. We will not be responsible for any costs or finances for any returns or shipping charges. Any lost or damaged packages will be the shipper’s responsibility.

If an international return, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.

If a mistake has been made on our part regarding sizing, colour or style, please contact customer_service@soulovagold.com  so that we can help you with this.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you need to make an exchange for any reason, such as incorrect size fitting, the item must be in their original unworn condition with hang tags attached and sent to the address provided in the return/exchange form, within 30 days from receipt.

If you received the wrong item or size requested please contact customer_service@soulovagold.com so that we can better assist you.

Once the package is received, we will pack and send to you at our expense. We cannot process your exchange without the Return Authorization Form. If the product is no longer available, we will email you to find out if you would like another item or a refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

 The refund will be processed once we have received the item and the completed returns/exchange form.

We are happy to refund any purchases, provided they are returned in their original condition, to the address below, within 30 working days from receipt. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition, un worn and with swing tags, will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.  Be sure to make a note of your tracking number.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT CORRECT?

Every now and again, mistakes happen, but we will endeavour to do our best to fix it. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact customer_service@soulovagold.com and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing.

All exchanges are dependent on available stock. Please make sure to e mail as soon as possible to hold the correct product.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR A REFUND / EXCHANGE, PRODUCTS MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND CANNOT BE WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY – MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THE APPROPRIATE TIME PERIOD.
